How To Use African King XL Malhum Patti Kit

Before First Use

Perform a small patch test with Peniking Oil and African Malhum on a limited area of external skin. Wait and observe for irritation before proceeding with the full application. Do not use on broken, inflamed, infected, or already irritated skin.

Peniking Oil Routine for the Complete 30 Days

• Use 10–15 drops of Peniking Oil every morning and every night from Day 1 through Day 30.

• Apply only to the external shaft area, avoiding the glans/head and urinary opening.

• Massage gently with light strokes for 2–3 minutes each time.

• On Day 1, Day 11, and Day 21, follow the evening Oil massage with the scheduled African Malhum Patti application described below.

Day 1 – First Patti Application at Night

1. Take 10–15 drops of Peniking Oil.

2. Apply the Oil only over the external shaft area, leaving the glans/head and urinary opening completely untouched.

3. Massage gently with light strokes for 2–3 minutes.

4. Take one Special Patti.

5. Divide the African Malhum into three equal portions and place one-third of the Malhum on the Patti.

6. Add a few drops of Peniking Oil to the Malhum and spread it evenly over the Patti.

7. Wrap the Patti loosely around the intended external shaft area. It must not feel tight or restrict circulation.

8. Leave it in place overnight only if there is no burning, pain, numbness, unusual coldness, swelling, or colour change.

9. Remove the Patti in the morning.

Days 2–10 – Peniking Oil Massage

• Take 10–15 drops of Peniking Oil in the morning and again at night.

• Apply only to the external shaft area, avoiding the glans/head and urinary opening.

Day 11 – Second Patti Application

Days 12–20 – Peniking Oil Massage

Day 21 – Third Patti Application
