    Payment Policy

    Payment Policy – Herbal Samrat International Co.

    For Domestic Customers

    Herbal Samrat International Co. offers two payment options for domestic orders:

    1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in most locations across India. If COD is not available in your area, only prepaid orders will be accepted. Payments are processed via our trusted delivery partners at the time of delivery.
    2.  Prepaid Delivery: Customers opting for prepaid orders can pay via:
    • Credit/Debit Card
    • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
    • Bank Transfer to our official account

    Payments are processed through a secure gateway or confirmed by our finance team in the case of bank transfers.Important Notes for Prepaid Orders:

    • Payment Confirmation: Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully confirmed. For
      bank transfers, orders are processed after funds are confirmed by our finance team
    •  Non-Receipt of Payment: If payment is not received or fails to transfer successfully, Herbal Samrat
    •  International Co. is not responsible for delays. Orders will not be shipped until payment issues are resolve

    For International Customers   

    All international orders must be prepaid, as Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international
    shipments. We offer the following secure payment methods:   

    1. Credit/Debit Cards: Payments can be made through major credit and debit cards via our secure payment
    gateway.
    2. UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Available for regions where UPI is supported.
    3. Bank Transfer: International customers can transfer payments directly to our official bank account. Any
    transaction fees for international transfers are the customer’s responsibility.

    Payment Confirmation for International Orders:

     Order Processing: Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation via credit/debit card,
    UPI, or bank transfer.
    Bank Transfers: Orders will be dispatched only after receipt of funds in our official account.

    Non-Receipt of Payment:

    •  Herbal Samrat International Co. is not responsible for delays or order fulfillment if payments are not
      successfully received, or if there are issues with the payment transfer (e.g., incorrect details or insufficient
      funds). Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.
